    Job Description
    Are you good with working with people to resolve issues? If so, this role would be a good one for you! The Technical Support Representative is a critical part of our Service Excellence model. This role provides support for our customers by troubleshooting Park Industries capital machines, resolving customer issues, handling and processing all inquiries relating to parts.

    This position responds to customer inquiries about Park equipment by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical & operational issues for customers, providing operation guidance to customers on their Park Equipment via telephone and/or email.

    The Technical Support team processes part returns and orders which includes contacting customers, providing return labels, processing Park paperwork, getting parts to warehouse, or returned to vendor. Ensuring orders are completed to customer standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Customer service experience preferred.
    • Experience and/or expertise in manufacturing environment preferred
    • AutoCAD, AlphaCAM or MasterCAM Computer skills
    • CNC machine operational background preferred.
