    Job Description
    Are you a leader who loves sales and growing business? We've got a role for you! We are looking for a Parts Sales Manager to help build our Parts department. The Parts Sales Manager oversees the Parts Sales team who assist customers in identifying, quoting, ordering and shipping parts. He/She is primarily responsible for achieving monthly parts sales targets while looking for ways to increase parts sales revenue through leading parts pricing strategies, creating and driving the parts sales business processes while ensuring customer satisfaction, focusing on machine uptime. The Parts Sales Manager will exhibit characteristics of a leader that represents ParkWAY values, is determined, results oriented, can lead change, exercises good judgement and has an ability to take decisive action.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develops, promotes and leads the department 3-year vision for the overall parts sales strategy to increase parts sales revenue which includes creating and driving the parts sales business processes.  Provide leadership through communication of the vision and strategy to create and accomplish individual, departmental and company goals.
    • Hires, trains, develops and evaluates direct reports.   Ensures successful onboarding of new hires to include development and implementation of training.  Build off of current processes and explore new technologies and train associates for continuous development to improve the overall parts sales process.  Document, plan and deliver meaningful and timely performance reviews.  Takes disciplinary action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Ensures compliance with current federal, state and local regulations.
    • Makes recommendations, designs and drives implementation of policies to create automation and streamline processes for customer optimization as well as creating rules and structure for the parts pricing model.
    • Establishes budget consistent with divisional goals and ensure compliance.  Develop, maintain drive effective department metrics and strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets and department goals within the approved budget.
    • Acts as liaison between department management levels, as well as executive levels to inform of communications, decisions, policies and all matters that affect other departments performance, attitudes and results.  Collaborates with other department leaders (i.e. Engineering, Sales, Product Management, etc.) to facilitate process improvements and elimination of reoccurring problems to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Conducts programs and initiatives to determine levels of customer satisfaction through personal follow-up and Customer feedback. Respond to customer issues as they arise to assist in a resolution to customer satisfaction.
    • Facilitate and foster open and continuous communication within the Parts department through department and individual meetings, and promoting the ‘open door’ policy. 
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 7 years or more progressive leadership experience
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or stone industry
    • Experience in Service Center models
    • Developed sales team leadership and coaching, sales planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
