    Kay King from National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Minnesota will give an overview of mental illness in the state and provide attendees with practical information about how to support employees and improve your company's overall culture. 

    Ensuring that your company's work environment supports good mental health practices can further enhance the work of employment-based dual training in making your business a place where employees want to grow in their careers and can be a benefit to overall recruitment and retention efforts.
